蓝色橡皮-大疱性痣综合征

Blue rubber bled nevus syndrome

患者男,17岁。头昏、倦怠、乏力、面色苍白、全身起蓝色皮疹10年。体格检查发现全身皮肤散在大小不等的蓝色斑疹、丘疹、结节,斑疹压之可褪色,结节质软如橡皮,可被压缩,部分有轻压痛。组织病理检查显示为海绵状血管瘤的特性。胃镜检查示食管、胃体、胃窦散在数个直径0.5～1cm圆形血管瘤样肿物。诊断为蓝色橡皮-大疱性痣综合征。

The patient,a 17-year-old boy; was admitted to the hospital due to dizziness,lassitude,asthenia; pallor, and generalized blue eruptions for ten years. Physical examination revealed that the patient presented multiple blue macules; papules and nodules with various sizes all over his body. These lesions were blue; elevated and with tenacious a rubber-nipple consistency; which could be compressed. Histological examination showed typical features of cavernous hemangioma. Several angioma-like tumors; 0.5 to 1 cm in diameter; on esophagus and stomach were observed by gastroscope. The symptoms improved after blood transfusion; and supplemented with iron and vitamin B12.
