整形手术治疗女性尿道口畸形39例

Hymenoplastic Surgery for Deformity of Meatus Urinarius:39 Cases Report

目的 探讨尿道口处女膜整形手术治疗女性尿道口处女膜畸形的效果。 方法 本组 39例 ,均发现尿道口处女膜融合或处女膜伞形成 ,表现为以尿频为主的尿道综合征。均经尿常规、尿培养和尿流动力学检查确诊。局部麻醉或骶管麻醉 ,行尿道口处女膜间横行切开 ,纵行缝合 ,恢复尿道口处女膜正常解剖。 结果 全部手术成功 ,随访 3个月～ 4年 ,近远期效果良好。 结论 整形手术是治疗女性尿道口处女膜畸形 ,解除尿道综合征的一种有效方法 ,具有方法简单 ,创伤小 ,痛苦少 ,恢复快 ,效果好等优点 。

Objective To study the effect of hymenoplastic surgery for deformity of meatus urinarius. Methods 39 women with hymenal fusion were analyzed. The major symptoms were serious pollakiuria of urethral syndrome. All cases were diagnosed by urinalysis, urine culture and uroflometry. They acquired the plastic surgery of urethral hymenal transection and longitudinal suture with local or sacreal anesthesia. Result All operation succeeded with excellent recent and distant effects after 3～48 months follow up. Conclusion The hymenoplastic surgery is a simple, effective method for the deformity of meatus urinarius with advantages of less trauma, less pain and rapid recovery.
