摘要
目的:探讨以皮肤软组织扩张术加用β射线照射治疗瘢痕疙瘩。方法:距瘢痕疙瘩边缘内约0.3cm作切口,在瘢痕疙瘩周围正常皮肤的皮下植入皮肤软组织扩张器,定期对扩张器进行注水以扩张正常皮肤,达到瘢痕疙瘩切除后的切口元张力缝合;术后应用医用电子直线加速器β射线对切口及周围组织连续照射4-6d不等。结果:治愈率84.6%,有效率100%,随访时间最长4年,未见复发。结论:皮肤软组织扩张术可使瘢痕疙瘩切除后的切口无张力缝合,明显减少瘢痕增生,有效地防止瘢痕疙瘩的复发。辅助以β射线照射治疗效果更理想。
Objective; To study the treating method of keloid it by tissue expansion and β- rays irratiation. Methods;To incise the keloid along the line 0. 3cm from the edge. Then through the incision to implant an expander into subcutaaeous tissue under the normal skin around the keloid . Following inject water into the expander periodically to expand the normal skin, so that the incision after the keloid resected could be sewed subcutaneously with no tension. After that, irradiating continueously the incision and around tissue with β- rays for 4-6 days. Results: The effects were satisfactory. The recovery rate was 84. 6%, The effective rate was 100%. And it did not relapse in follow- up that the longest time was 4 years. Conclusion:Tissue expansion make it a-vailable that the incision after the keloid resected can sew subcutaneously with no tention. So the scar hyperplasia is decreased significantly and the relapse is prevented effectively. If irradiating it post- operation with β- rays, the effects would be better.
