超声心动图Tei指数评价系统性硬皮病患者的心脏病变 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨超声心动图Tei指数评价系统性硬皮病患者心脏病变的临床价值。方法:A组,12例系统性硬皮病患者(有临床心脏病变表现);B组,16例系统性硬皮病患者(元临床心脏病变表现);C组,14例正常对照组;以上研究对象均运用常规超声心动图测量Tei指数。结果:A组Tei指数较B组和c组延长(0.55±0.25,0.36±0.09和0.36±0.05,P值均<0.05)。结论:Tei指数能简便、综合评价系统性硬皮病患者心脏病变,反映系统性硬皮病患者心脏受累情况。 Objective: Cardiopathy estimation by Tei index in patients with Systematic scleroderm. Methods: Group A : 12 patients with cardiopathy of Systematic scleroderm ; Group B: 16 patients with non - cardiopathy of Systematic scleroderm ; Group C : 14 normal subjects comprised of control group. All subject was measured by echocardiography. Results: Tei index in group A was prolonged than that of group B and group C( 0. 55 ± 0. 25 vs 0. 36 ±q 0. 09,0. 36 ± 0. 05,P<0. 05 ). Conclusion:Tei index was valuable and estimating cardiopathy of Systematic scleroderm.
