凝血及纤溶系统在出血后脑损伤中的作用
The Role of Coagulation and Fibrinolytic System after Intracerebral Haemorrhage
摘要
脑出血后血肿演化的病理生理过程和神经元的损伤密切相关.在最初的几个小时,损伤来自于流体静压和血块的回缩;随后是凝血瀑布的激活和凝血酶的产生;3d后包括红细胞的崩解和血红蛋白导致的神经元的毒性.
