谈技术革命过程的突变特征——兼与张晓都同志商榷

Abcut the Catastrcphe Character in the Process of the Technolological Revoluticns—Discussing with Comrade Zhang Xiaodu.

本文在把握突变论思想及应用条件的基础上,认为张晓都同志在技术革命过程中采用的突变模型是不恰当的,并进一步考察了技术进步的突变过程(即技术革命)的控制因素,从而提出了导致突变的控制因素具有双重性质:量的规定与质的规定的新观点。

On the basis of grasping catastrophe thought and applied condition, it is considered that the catastrophe, which was adopted by Comrade Zhang in the process of technological revolution, is not appropriate, and further study is made of the control elements in the process of the technological progress catastroohe. The author proposed that the control elements which caused catastrophe have a due(?)nature: a new peint of quantity stipulation and Character stipulation.
