A Comprehensive Survey of the Study of the Technclogy Developing Theories.

对技术开发的概念、特点及基本原则在国内学术界仍存在着不同的理解和表述,这些都期待着人们去探索。对此,本文从理论上对上述问题进行了综述,并在此基础上,归纳了从事技术开发将会遇到的八种障碍。最后,概括了技术开发途径的几种思路。旨在推进研究向纵深领域发展。

In China there are different understandinqs and expressions as to the concept of technclogical development, its character and fundamental principles. All these await an investigation. Thus this article has summarized the above mentioned problems theoretically and then concluded eight barriers to be removed in the development of technology. Fineliy several methods of thoughts are summarizad on how to dtvelop technology, the aim of which is to push the research forward.
