摘要 介绍了一种通过DSP控制的逆变CO2焊接电源的电流、电压波形,简述了以软件方式实现双闭环并联控制的基本调节原理,并给出该控制方式下的短路过渡CO2焊焊接电流、电压波形,试验结果表明以DSP为核心的双闭环并联控制逆变波控CO2焊机系统具有良好的控制性能,且电路简单,调试方便。 CO 2 inverter welding system with waveform control is established,in which the TMS320C240DSP is adopted as the central controller.The output characteristic is controlled using a collateral double close-loop method,which is fulfilled by software.The principle of this controlling method and the output waveform are given.The results show that besides its simple structure and easy operation,the system has good controlling performance.
