摘要
针对锅炉钢结构蜂窝钢梁焊接,通过焊接试验对比,分析了几种焊接方法的特点,并结合加工现场制定了相应的焊接工艺和处理措施,焊缝采用FCAW-CO2(药芯焊丝CO2气体保护焊)焊接,使用效果良好。
The welding deformation is analysed in the welding experiments for the girder steel of honeycomb (by the steel construction of the bolier),and established the certained welding technology and measure in the processing site,by FCAW-CO 2 ,and it is acquired good results.
