高海拔地区急性重型颅脑伤合并MODS29例报告

Severe craniocerebral injury complicated with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome in high altitude areas:report of 29 cases

目的 探讨高海拔地区重型颅脑伤合并多器官功能障碍综合征 (MODS)的发病特征及规律。方法研究重型颅脑伤符合SIRS诊断标准两项以上 ,并对符合庐山 (95 )、Marshall(95 )MODS评分分级诊断标准的病例进行粗筛 ,选择其中资料比较完整 ,原发损伤以颅脑伤为主的 2 9例为研究对象。动态观察伤后各脏器相关指标的变化规律 ,并对死亡危险因素进行单因素分析。结果 高海拔地区急性重型颅脑伤合并MODS诊断治疗有差异。结论 对高海拔地区颅脑伤并发MODS诊断标准、治疗措施应与平原地区有所区别 。

Objective To study the potential mechanisms and character of the patients who suffered from severe craniocerebral injury complicated with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) in high altitude areas. Methods The analysis was performed on the clinical data of patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated with MODS in our hospital in the last three years. Results There were differences in the diagnosis and therapy of severe craniocerebral injury complicated with(MODS) in high altitude area. Conclusion Between plain and high altitude areas the diagnostic parameters of patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated with MODS varied considerably. Different standards should be adopted in different area.
