摘要
轴突到达相应靶组织的发育过程中 ,依赖周围环境中具有吸引和排斥作用的导向暗号 ,主要有netrins、slits、semaphorins、ephrins和NTs。导向暗号与相应的膜受体结合 ,通过Ca2 + 、cAMP、RhoGTP酶信号通路 ,活化细胞骨架合成相关蛋白profilin、ENA/WASP和Arp2 / 3分别调节actin的聚合和逆流 。
During early development,axon growing through complex tissue to reach targets require attractive and repulsive guidance cues such as netrins,slits,semaphorins,ephrins and NTs. The guidance cue interacts with specific receptor molecules on the axonal surface of grow cone and triggers a cascade of cytoplasmic events,mainly through Ca 2+ ,cAMP,and RhoGTP signal transduction, which activate cytoskelateal synthetic related protein such as profiling,ENA/WASP and Arp2/3 to regulate actin retrograde flow and depolymerization,and eventually leads to the cytoskeletal rearrangement associated with oriented neurite extension.
