PCNA和p53蛋白表达与鼻咽癌放射敏感性关系的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA )和p5 3蛋白表达与鼻咽癌放射敏感性的关系。方法 应用免疫组化法 ,检测 5 1例放疗前鼻咽癌组织中PCNA和 p5 3蛋白表达情况。 结果  5 1例鼻咽癌组织中PCNA和 p5 3蛋白表达阳性者分别有 5 0例( 98.0 % )和 46例 ( 90 .2 % ) ,高表达者分别有 16例 ( 3 1.4% )和 2 2例 ( 4 3 .1% ) ;鼻咽癌组织中PCNA表达与 p5 3蛋白表达显著相关(P <0 .0 1) ;PCNA和 p5 3蛋白阳性表达水平越高 ,则鼻咽癌对放射治疗越敏感 ,放疗后鼻咽局部癌肿完全消退率越高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;PCNA和 p5 3蛋白同时高表达者比单一指标高表达者 ,对放射敏感性更高 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 PCNA和 p5 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of PCNA and p53 protein and the radiosensitivity of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods PCNA and p53 protein expression was detected by immunohistochemical method in 51 biopsy specimens before radiotherapy of NPC.Results The expression rates of PCNA and p53 protein were 98.0%(50/51) and 90.2%(46/51) respectively.The high expression rates of PCNA and p53 protein were 31.4%(15/51) and 43.1%(18/51) respectively.The expression of PCNA and p53 protein were highly correlated(P<0.01).The higher the expression of PCNA and p53 protein was,the higher the radiosensitivity of NPC was and the better the curative effect was(P<0.05).Furthermore the radiosensitivity of NPC was higher in the cases with high expression of both PCNA and p53 protein than in the cases with the high expression of either PCNA or p53 protein(P<0.05).Conclusion PCNA and p53 protein were the important indicators for the radiosensitivity of NPC and the effect of radiotherapy.
