摘要
本文报道了用红细胞影泡包生物大分子物质的方法,观察了封闭的红细胞影泡在4℃的保存情况,并将封闭的红细胞影泡回输给豚鼠,观察封闭影泡在血液循环系统中的存留时间,也观察了包入影泡的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对红细胞溶血的影响。结果表明,红细胞影泡对生物大分子有高的包入百分率,在4℃的条件下可保存数周,封闭影泡在豚鼠体内的半数存留时间可达数小时,SOD包入封闭影泡后,延长了作用时间。
The method of encapsulating bio-macromolecule into erythrocyte ghosts was reported in this paper. The storage of resealing ghosts at 4℃ was studied. The resealing ghosts were injected back into the cavies,and the time for the ghosts staying in blood circulation was examined. The effect of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the ghosts on hemolysis of red cells was also observed. The results show that the percentage of encapsulating bio-maeromolecule into the ghosts was rather high. The resealing ghosts can be stored at 4℃ for several weeks,and its half-life in the cavies was a few hours. The action time of SOD in the ghosts was prolonged in comparison with free SOD.
