摘要
本文报道了电渗析提取柠檬酸的原理、工艺流程和操作步骤。电渗析能取代现行工艺中的柠檬酸钙沉淀和柠檬酸钙硫酸酸化。电渗析后柠檬酸钙的平均得率为92.71%,每kg柠檬酸平均耗电0.75kwh,柠檬酸质量附合英国药典(80版)标准。
The paper reports the principe, process chart, experimental procedures and results on larger seales for the technique of extraction of citric acid by ED. ED can replace the present processes……precipitation of calcium citrate and then acidolysis of calcium citrate with sulphuric acid. After ED, the average recovery of citric acid is 92. 71%. The power cost is O.75kwh per Kg of citric acid. The products of citric acid after ED comply with the standard of BP(80).
