膜法富氮的成本估算

摘要 本文利用国内膜组件和机/泵的性能、单价及工业电价E_c等数据,并通过IBM计算机计算获得了加/减压法等情况下,用卷式膜组件来富氮的成本N_c结果表明:加压法富氮较减压经济;N_c总是随E_c增加而线性增加;当膜组件寿命L_m小于3×10~4hr时,N_c随着L_m的减少而剧增;循环操作不适用于膜法富氮;两级膜法富氮优于单级膜法富氮。 The cost of nitrogen enriched with spiral-wound membrane module has been evaluated using an IBM computer under condition of the pressure and the vacuum modes of operation (PMO and VMO) on the basis of data on industrial power rates and performances and unit prices of the water-ring vacuum pump. The non-oil air-compressor and the membrane module at present in China. The results show that the nitrogen enriched with PMO is more economical than with VMO; nitrogen-enriched with costs always increase in direct ratio with industrial power rates; but sharp decrease with the increase in membrane life when it is less than 3×10~4hr; the recirculating operation is inapplicable for membrane nitrogen-enriched; and the two-stage membrane nitrogen-enriched is preferable to the single-stage membrane nitrogenenriched.
