摘要
通过水热法制备了锆磷铝固体酸催化剂;用XRD、FT-IR、MAS-NMR和N2-吸附法进行了表征;用正丁胺滴定法和吡啶吸附的FT-IR光谱法测定了酸性质。以苯和长链烯烃的烷基化为探针反应,考察了催化剂的催化性能和再生性。结果表明,锆磷铝固体酸催化剂具有AlPO4-5相同的结构;表面上存在Lewis酸中心和Bronsted酸中心,其酸强度和酸量高于AlPO4-5,随着焙烧温度的升高,总酸量基本不变,Lewis酸量减少,经酸处理后酸强度和酸量明显增加;在反应温度为220~260℃,反应压力为4.5~5.0MPa,空速为1.0h-1的反应条件下,烯烃的转化率达99.0%以上,2-LAB和3-LAB的选择性高达95.0%以上,并且具有良好的稳定性和再生性。
The ZrPAl solid acid catalysts had been prepared by hydrothermal method. It was characterized by XRD、FT-IR、MAS-NMR and N_2-adsorbed method. Their acidities were determined by n-butylamine titration and FT-IR spectroscopy of pyridine adsorption methods. The catalytic performances and reproducibility were studied by using alkylation of bezene with long chain olefins as a probe reaction. The result shows that the structure of ZrPAl solid acid catalysts is similar to AlPO_4-5; there are Lewis and Bronsted acidic centers on the surface, whose acidic strength and amounts are higher than AlPO_4-5. The total acid amounts remains almost unchanged with calcination temperature rising, whereas, Lewis acid amounts are decreased. The acidic strength and amounts apparently increase after acid treatment. The conversion of olefin and selectivity of 2-LAB and 3-LAB are over 99.0% and 95.0% respectively, under the reaction conditions(reaction temperature 220~260 ℃, reaction pressure 4.5~5.0 MPa, WHSV 1.0 h^(-1)).ZrPAl solid acid catalysts have good stability and reproducibility.
