汽油清净分散剂电控喷射模拟试验装置的建立

摘要  根据汽油机喷油器结焦积碳形成机理,建立了一套有效的汽油清净分散剂的评定装置———电控喷射模拟试验装置。该装置通过对喷油器强化加热,控制喷油器的喷油时间间隔,从而强化了喷油器结焦积碳的形成条件,缩短了试验时间。为验证该装置的有效性,选用几种在实验室发动机台架上清净性效果较好的添加剂对其进行了试验验证。同时,通过控制喷油器的加热状况,以模拟汽车试验15/45喷油器环境温度。试验表明,该模拟试验装置对各种添加剂分辨效果明显,重复性好,试验可靠。通过对该模拟试验装置评定结果与试验室台架试验的评定结果的比较可知,两者评定结果趋势一致。 Based on the mechanism of formation of a port fuel injector carbon deposits, an efficient gasoline detergent-dispersant evaluating apparatus -electronic-controlled port fuel injector simulating test apparatus was constructed. By intensified heating the fuel injector and controlled the injection interval of the port fuel injector, the formation requirements of the port fuel injector carbon deposits were intensified and the test time was shortened. For the verification the usefulness of the device, several good additiues with result of clean in the laboratory test bed were choosed and passing the experiment research. Meanwhile, the device can simulate environment temperature of port fuel injector of the typical automobile test 15/45 through regulating the heater. The results indicate that this simulating apparatus can distinguish the different additives obviously; the data of the test are consistent and reliable. By comparing the assessable results of this simulating apparatus with the data of the test in the laboratory test bed,these two results have been found to tend to be identical.
