摘要  为了获得一种结构简单、参数整定方便的控制策略,研究了化工过程的一种非线性自适应控制方法。该方法采用非线性多变量模型来近似化工过程的动态特性,并将一般模型控制算法(GMC)与非线性观测器结合,将被控对象模型直接嵌入到控制中,用非线性观测器来进行参数在线辨识,构成自适应控制系统。该非线性控制系统在控制没有约束的情况下,控制系统为一个线性伪二阶系统。控制器参数整定方便,其中非线性观测器整定参数只有一个。该系统用于压力容器的控制,实时控制表明非线性自适应控制系统性能良好。 In order to get a control strategy with simple structure and easy regulate parameters, anonlinear adaptive control strategy for chemical processes has been developed. Anonlinear MIMO model used to describe or approximate the dynamics of chemical processes, then combining the generic model control (GMC) algorithm and a nonlinear observer to develop the adaptive scheme. The nonlinear observer is applied to identify the parameters on line. The model of the controlled plant is directly embedded in the controller. The nonlinear controlled system is a linear pseudo-second order system in no constraint for control variable. It is easy to regulate parameters and only a regulating parameter in the nonlinear observer is needed to regulate. This nonlinear adaptive control scheme has been used to the control of a pressure tank. The real-time experiment results show that the performance of the nonlinear adaptive control system is significantly superior.
