摘要 目的 :评价Bio -oss骨粉及Bio -gide膜在即刻牙种植术后效果。方法 :41例患者即刻拔除上前牙植入56枚种植体 ,同期牙槽窝及骨缺损区填入bio -oss骨粉 ,必要时加盖bio -gide膜。结果 :9个月后X片显示种植体周围形成新骨 ,骨结合良好 ,修复后美观效果好。结论 :bio -oss骨粉及bio -gide膜是一种良好的骨细胞载体及诱导剂 ,有效扩大种植适应症 ,有利于前牙区修复美学。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of immediate implant with Bio-oss and Bio-Gide in upper anterior region. Methods: 41 patients,56 implants were placed into fresh extraction sockets, in the same time being filled with Bio-oss, and covered with Bio-Gide membrane .Result : 9 months postoperatively,new bone were be formed around the dental implants in radiography .the implants osseointergrated tightly with new bone, esthetic result was achieved after the restoration. Conclusion: Bio-oss and Bio-Gide can effectively guided bone regeneration, expand the indication of dental implants.
