摘要
本文通过对32例帕金森氏综合征脑室造影与临床疗效分析,认为第三脑室的扩大对脑立体定向手术有明显的影响,而侧脑室的扩大对其没有明显影响,术中进行脑室造影分析,有助于降低复发率及并发症.
Authors analyse the relationship between the chahges of cerebral ventricle and the clinical effect after operation in 32 cases with parkinsonism in this paper. The results show that a dilated third ventricle would affect remarkble the clinical effect of stereotactic operation, and the changes curative effects. It is of benefit for reducing the recurrence rate and complications to analyse the ventriculogram during the stereotactic operation.
