城市社区邻里交往研究

针对目前城市社区邻里交往建设中所面临的种种问题和矛盾,对南京市新街口周边城市社区居民进行了问卷调查与实地调研,以期获得典型的城市社区邻里交往现状以及所产生的原因背景,并结合相关理论资料,从居民构成、交往空间、住区安全性等三方面进行具体分析,以此为基础,提出可行性建议,作为未来我国城市社区建设之参考。

focusing on various problems and contradictionsin communications between neighborhoods of urbancommunities, the author conducts questionnaire and carriesout on-the-spot investigation into the inhabitants of surrounding urban communities in Xinjiekou of Nanjing, hopes to gainthe typical current states of the neighborhood communicationsin urban community and the background of the problems. Combining relevant theoretical materials and analysis of the composition of inhabitants, the communication space and community safety, this paper gives some feasibility advices thacould be used as reference for domestic construction of urbancommunity in future.
