摘要 通过调研获得的详实资料、数据,分析了错峰、避峰调控(可中断负荷)、技术移荷、负控限荷等主要移荷措施的技术潜力及时用户的影响。在研究工业发达国家先进经验的基础上,结合国情,提出了当前条件下转移高峰负荷的激励政策及实施机制。 Analyze technique potential and the response to the users about the main load shift measures of peak load shifting, peak avoiding control(interruptible load), shift load technically and load limit using the detailed record and dat through investigation and research. On the basis of advanced experience in industrial developed countries and combined national situations bring out the incentive mechanism and implement mechanism on shift peak load under the present situations.
