摘要
采用邻菲口罗啉分光光度法 ,能简便、准确的测定出电镀 Zn- Fe合金镀液中的铁含量 ,采用EDTA滴定法测定镀液中的锌和铁总量 ,由此建立了一种快速、准确的锌 -铁合金镀液的分析方法。经加标回收实验验证 :Fe( )加标回收率在 98.0 %～ 98.5%之间 ,Zn( )加标回收率为 1 0 0 .3%～1 0 1 .4% ,表明该法准确可靠。
Fe(Ⅱ)in Zn-Fe alloy plating bath can be simply and accurately determined by 1,10-phenanthroline spectrophotometry, and the total amount of Zn and Fe can be determined by EDTA titration. Based on these, a quick and simple analysis method for Zn-Fe alloy plating bath was established. It is verified by experiment that the method is accurate and reliable. The labeled recovery rate of Fe(Ⅱ) is between 98.0% and 98.5%, and the labeled recovery rate of Zn(Ⅱ) is between 100.3% and 101.4%.
