摘要
提出了多离子不同位置替代镍离子(利用晶格畸变互补性)来制备氢氧化镍电极材料的方法,并对Al3+、Zn2+的替代量、阴离子种类、活性剂的种类和反应温度进行了正交试验,得出了最佳的Al3+、Zn2+替代纳米氢氧化镍的制备工艺,获得电化学容量达316 mAh/g的电极材料。通过晶格常数分析,证实了晶格畸变互补性。
The method was introduced that multi-ion in different locations instituted the Ni2+ to fabricate the Layered Doubled Hydroxide (LDH). The optimum process of LDH was obtained by orthogonality experiment. The electrode material with the electrochemical capacity of 316 mAh was observed. The model of the intervolve of crystal structure's displacement was validated by the XRD test.
