摘要
介绍了一种利用TMS 320 LF 2407来控制的大容量智能充电系统。该系统采用IGBT(绝缘栅双极型晶体管)器件,PWM(脉宽调制)控制技术。充电电流自动跟踪蓄电池可接受充电电流,充电过程中实现对充电电流、电压和温度的监控。采用-△V来判断充电过程的结束,实现了对蓄电池的全自动智能充电。该方案在铁路蓄电池充电中得到了很好的应用。
A great-capacity intelligent charging system for storage battery controlled by TMS 320 LF 2407 was introduced. The system adopted insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) as its main circuit and pulse-width modulating (PWM) technology. Charge current tailed automatically after the current which was acceptable to storage battery. The system could monitor and control charge current, charge voltage and temperature during charge process. The -△V of battery during the anaphase of charge process was adopted to control charge termination,automatic intelligent charge to storage battery realized. The system applied well in charge of railway storage battery.
