摘要
目的 :观察降钙素基因相关肽阳性神经纤维在人颞下颌关节的分布。方法 :利用免疫组化技术 ,观察正常成人 12人 ( 12侧 )颞下颌关节新鲜组织中 ,降钙素基因相关肽阳性神经纤维在关节的盘周附着和关节囊的内、外、前、后壁及关节盘中央的分布 ,并比较各个区神经纤维密度的异同。结果 :除关节盘中央外 ,关节囊及盘周组织均有丰富的降钙素基因相关肽阳性神经纤维 ,其中各个区密度分别是 :前部盘周附着和关节囊 ( 4 48.7± 78.5 )mm2 、后部 ( 4 2 6.7± 5 5 .9)mm2 、内侧 ( 2 0 5 .2± 3 9.9)mm2 、外侧 ( 2 95 .0± 3 6.6)mm2 。结论 :降钙素基因相关肽阳性神经纤维广泛分布于颞下颌关节软组织中 ,是感觉神经的一部分。
Objective:To study the distribution of nerve fibre in the disc attachment and the medial portion, lateral portion, anterior portion, posterior portion of the joint capsule and the center of the disc. Method:Using immunohistochemical method to observe the distribution of calcitonin gene-related peptide-like immunoreactive (CGRP-LI)nerve fibres in the disc attachment and the medial portion, lateral portion, anterior portion, posterior portion of the joint capsule and the center of the disc of the fresh tissues from 12 adult male (12 sides) temporomandibular joints. Result:Calcitonin generelated peptide-like immunoreactive (CGRP-LI) nerve fibres were plentifully distributed in the temporomandibular joint except the central disc band,mainly in the periphery of blood vessels, especially arteries. Density: anterior disc attachment and capsule(448.7+78.5) mm 2; posterior portion(426.7+55.9) mm 2; medial portion(205.2+39.9) mm 2; lateral portion(295.0+36.6) mm 2. Conclusion:CGRP-LI nerve fibres were widely distributed in the temporomandibular joint and were a part of trigeminal sensory nerve.
