摘要
目的 :研究转化生长因子 β1(TGF -β1)对成牙本质细胞表达DPP的调控作用。方法 :给体外细胞培养的MDPC -2 3成牙本质细胞不同浓度的TGF -β1刺激 ,利用原位杂交的方法观察细胞内DPPmRNA的变化 ,所得结果进行图像分析和统计处理。结果 :TGF -β1刺激前后的成牙本质细胞均表达DPPmRNA ,但刺激后的成牙本质细胞DPPmRNA表达下降 ,不同浓度TGF -β1刺激成牙本质细胞后DPPmRNA表达程度不等。结论 :外源性TGF -β1下调成牙本质细胞表达DPP ,并有浓度差异。
Objective:To study DPP expression pattern regulated by TGF-β 1 in odontoblasts.Method:Mouse MDPC-23 odontoblasts were cultured in vitro and observed the effects of various concentration of TGF-β 1 on DPP mRNA expression in odontoblasts using in situ hybridization, and then the data were analyzed by statistics and image manipulation.Result: We found DPP expression was positively detected both prior to and post TGF-β 1 stimulation, but DPP mRNA expression went down regulated after the stimulation.Conclusion: Exogenous TGF-β 1 can down regulate DPP expression concentration-dependently.
