固定矫治结合后牙垫高治疗前牙反20例报告

Treatment of anterior crossbite with fixed appliance and blocking up posterior teeth

目的 :比较固定矫治器结合后牙垫高 (实验组 )矫治前牙反牙合与单纯固定矫治器 (对照组 )治疗效果的差异。方法 :选择前牙反牙合病例 3 8例。实验组 2 0例采用直丝弓矫治技术结合后牙垫高进行矫治 ,配合早期Ⅲ类牵引 ,前牙反牙合解除后逐步磨除垫高材料 ,对照组 18例按常规直丝弓矫治步骤进行矫治。选择 11项X线头影测量指标 ,对两组患者矫治前后的变化进行统计学分析。结果 :实验组矫治后上中切牙角增大的量较对照组小 ,下中切牙角减小的量也较对照组小 ,差异有显著性 ,其余指标均无显著性差异。反牙合解除时间和总体治疗时间 ,实验组均比对照组短 ,两者有比较显著性差异。结论 :采用固定矫治器结合后牙垫高矫治反牙合具有矫治时间短 ,不依赖患者主动配合的优点。

Objective:To compare difference of the treatment effect of anterior crossbite between the fixed appliance with blocking up posterior teeth(the tested group)and the fixed appliance(the control group).Method:20 cases with anterior crossbite were selected as tested group and 18 cases as control group.The tested group were treated with fixed appliance and blocking up posterior teeth cooperating with early class Ⅲ elastic. After anterior teeth crossbite were extricated, blocking stuff were abrased gradually. The control group were treated with fixed appliance solely. 11 cephalometric indexes, time relieved the crossbite and total treatment were studied.Result: All 11 indexes except upper central incisor angle and lower central incisor angle had no distinct difference. Time relieved the crossbite and total treatment of tested group was shorter distinctly than control group. Conclusion:Treatment of anterior crossbite with fixed appliance and blocking up posterior teeth has excellence of short treatment time and do not need patient's cooperation.
