摘要
本文报道了氧含量对畸变钙钛矿结构 YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x)晶体高温超导性的影响。发现采用强氧化剂 BaO_2代替 BaCO_3作原料制备的单晶中氧含量有明显提高,超导性能也有较大改善。
The influence of Oxygen content on superconductivity of dis-torted perovskite structural YBa_2Cu_3sO_(7-X) crystals were investigated.It wasfound that the oxygen content in single crystals prepared by using the strongoxidant BaO_2 instead of BaCO_3 as raw material are increased obviously and itssuperconductivity are improved.
