摘要
用直流电弧放电法制备 C_(60)时在负电极石墨棒上长了一些硬度较高的灰色物质。我们发现在这种电极上有两种类型浅绿色的小晶体,晶粒尺寸约为几百微米。电子衍射结构分析数据分别和金刚石及面心立方 C_(60)单晶衍射数据吻合。金刚石单晶有较好的晶形,在两种类型晶体上都观察到生长台阶。这些小晶体在石墨电极上起了弥散强化作用。
The high hard materials with light-colored were grown on ne-gative graphite electrode during preparation of fullerenes C_(60) by a plasma di-scharge.We found that there are two kind of small crystals with light-greencolor.The size of crystals is about several hundred micron.Electron diffractionstructural analysis shows that they are diamond and fcc C_(60) single crystals res-pectively.Diamond crystals have a good crystal form and the growth steps arealso observed.These small crystals play a dispersion intensification role in nega- tive graphite electrote.
