摘要
在乙醇溶液中合成出4,4'-二甲氧基查耳酮(简称4,4'-DMOC)化合物,采用蒸发法在30~35℃区间从饱和溶液中生长出大尺寸单晶体。对化合物的组成进行分析。测定了它的分子结构和晶体结构,以及晶体的透射波段。使用1064nm 激光入射该晶体产生532nm 的倍频光,该晶体的(SHG)倍频光强度约为 KDP 晶体的5~10倍。
The novel compound of 4,4′-dimethoxy hcalcone,(CH_3O—(?)—CH=CH—(?)—(?)—OCH_3) has been obtained from reacting CH_3O—(?)—CHOwith CH_3—(?)—(?)—OCH_3 in the EtOH solution,single crystal of 4,4′-dimethoxychalone (4,4′-DMOC) has been grown from low temperature solutions by theevaparated method.The molecular and crystalline structure of this single crystalwere determined by infrared absorption and X-ray diffraction analysis.The4,4′-DMOC crystal,irradiated by 1064 nm Nd^(3+):YAG laser beam,produced532 nm wavelength laser.It is shown that the SHG intensity of 4,4′-DMOCcrystal is 5—10 times that of KDP crystal.
