摘要
本文测量了生长速度为2mm/d 和7mm/d 的两种 TGS 晶体的介电常数(ε)、自发极化强度(P_s)和热释电系数(λ)随温度的变化关系。结果表明:生长速度快的晶体的介电常数增加,居里点附近的介电峰值降低,自发极化强度和热释电系数都增大,热释电优值与按正常速度生长的晶体的大致相同,最后从晶体缺陷的角度对实验结果进行了讨论。
This paper reports the dielectric constant ε,spontaneous pola-rization strength Ps and pyroelectric coefficient λ of TGS crystals grown atrates of 2 mm/d and 7 mm/d respectively veried with the temperature.The results indicate that the ε,Ps and λ of crystals grown at high rates becomelarger than that of crystals grown at normal rates,the miximum value of di-electric constant near by the Curie point decreases and the figure of merit ofthe crystals is about as same as that of the crystals grown at normal rates.Finally,the experimental results are discussed from the crystal defect.
