城市竖向规划与城市治涝——福州市中心城竖向规划的探索与实践

THE CITY VERTICAL PLAN AND CITY WATER-LOG PREVENTION WITH VERTICAL PLAN OFFUZHOU CENTRAL CITY AS A CASE

提出城市竖向规划的一般步骤及技术路线,进而分析了福州市中心城的竖向规划与发生内涝的成因,论述了城市竖向规划与治涝综合整治的办法,如竖向规划中预留高水高排通道,局部地区增建排涝站,对河网进行综合治理以及保护城市水面及湿地。

This paper discusses the generalprecedures and techniques in city vertical plan, then itintroduces the vertical plan of Fuzhou and analyzes thecause of waterlog occurred in the central city. At last itindicates measures to integrate the vertical plan andwaterlog prevention including pre-retaining channel forwater from high altitude outwards to the river, construct-ing flood drainage station at key sites, river systemimprovement, protection for city water surface andswamp.
