摘要
论述了都市灾害的管理的四个阶段,即减灾、准备、应变和复原阶段,以及都市避难据点的特点和需要的设施,最后以台北市为例介绍了台北市防灾公园绿地体系的情况。
This paper presents four phases of thecity disaster management which is mitigation,preparedness, response and recovery. Secondly it il-lustrates the feature of the refuge and prerequisitefacility. Then it introduces the experience of greenbeltplan of disaster-prevention park in Taibei city.
