冠状动脉粥样硬化与人巨细胞病毒感染关系的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨动脉粥样硬化与人巨细胞病毒 (HCMV)感染的关系。方法 对 10 2例胸痛患者进行选择性冠状动脉造影 ,按冠状动脉狭窄程度分为正常对照组 2 8例、病变组 74例 (单支病变组 3 2例、两支及以上病变组 42例 )。应用酶联免疫吸附技术检测各组血清HCMV IgM抗体 ,并对各组指标进行统计学分析及直线相关分析。结果 正常对照组 2 8例中HCMV IgM抗体阳性 4例 ( 14 .2 8%) ,病变组74例中阳性 3 2例 ( 4 3 .2 4%) ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;且两支及以上病变组HCMV IgM抗体阳性率 ( 5 7.14 %)明显高于单支病变组 ( 2 5 %) (P <0 .0 5 )。HCMV IgM阳性患者冠脉积分明显高HCMV IgM阴性患者 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 巨细胞病毒感染与冠状动脉粥样硬化之间关系密切。 Objective To investigate the relationship between coronary atherosclerosis and the infection of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV).Methods One hundred and two patients were selected in this study.All the patients underwent coronary angiography,whose serum HCMV IgM was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The patients were divided into two groups according to the severity of coronary artery stenosis,28 with normal coronary artery and 74 with abnormal coronary artery.Results The positive rate of HCMV IgM in patients with coronary artery disease was significantly higher than that of normal subjects (43.24% vs 14.28% P<0.05);the positive rate in multiple vessel disease group was significantly higher than that of single vessel disease group (57.14% vs 25% P<0.05).The coronary artery integrated scores of HCMV IgM-positive patients were significantly higher than those of the negative patients (P<0.005).Conclusion The infection of human cytomegalovirus is closely related to coronary atherosclerosis.
