摘要
本文探讨了工艺条件对粘胶原丝强度、伸长及化学物残留量的影响。实验表明,适当降低原丝的强度对其柔性指标有显著的影响。采用图像分析仪研究了不同纤度原丝的截面形态,并对截面面积、周长、圆度、直径进行了定量分析、比较。研究表明,单丝细分特化有利于改善原丝的截面形态。
This paper probes into the effects of process conditions on precursor fiber strength, elongation and chemical residual. The trails show that decreasing appropriately the strength of precursor fiber can effect its flexible index distinctly. Image analytical instrument is employed to study the section pattern of various deniers precursor fibers as well as quantitatively analyze and contrast their section area, perimeter, roundness and diameter. The studies show that the single yarn fine-titring of precursor fiber is beneficial to improve its structural pattern.
