The development of enterprises is based on not only its foundation but also its external environment. Thinking the co-operation between enterprises as a system and based on the system theory, the paper analyzes the mechanism of enterprises system and the driving-force for development of enterprises system. Following the analysis, a case on WULING Group was given to show the mechanism of co-operation between enterprises.
