适合高压输入大功率场合的双管正激变换器的研究

Research on Two Transistors Forward Converter for High Input and High Power Application

摘要 本文分析了双管正激变换器电路拓扑的工作原理和电路工作时的有效占空比,并导出了变换器的稳态特性。本变换器实现了两个开关管在零电压下导通和关断,另两个开关管在零电压下关断,最后,在1kW的组合式双管正激变换器的样机实验中得到了验证。 The operation principle of two transistors forward converter topology and the effective duty cycle are analyzed in this paper. The steady characteristic of the converter is derived.The two switches are turned on and turned off with zero voltage switching.The other two switches are turned off with zero voltage switching.Finally,experiment results are given to verify the analysis.
