摘要
采用放射免疫测定法观察了舒喘灵对晚孕家兔血浆前列腺环素(PGI_2)和血栓素(TXA_2)含量的影响。实验结果证明,静脉注射舒喘灵(1.0~2.0mg/kg)均可使6-keto-PGF_(1α)的含量明显升高。与给药前相比分别增加29.5±8.2%和47.2±11.3%,经统计处理差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。说明舒喘灵有剂量依赖性增加PGI_2的作用。用同样方法检测用药前后血浆TXB_2的含量未见明显改变。证明在本实验条件下舒喘灵不影响TXB_2的生成。6-keto-PGF_(1α)与TXB_2的比值明显升高(P<0.05),对改善妊娠期母胎血流动力和血液流变特性是非常有益的。
A radioligand binding assay was used to evaluate the effect of salbutamol on state of biosynthesis of PGI2 and TXA2 in late pregnant rabbits. The results demonstrated that the level of 6-keto-PGF1α in plasma increased by 29.5±8.2% to 47.2 ±11.3 % after salbutamol administration (l.0-2.0mg/kg, iv), as compared with pretreatment level (P<0.01). However, no significant change in the amount of TXB2 in plasma was observed. These findings indicate that the increase of PGI2 may be an important factor contributing to promotion of utero-placental circulation by salbutamol.
