颈部无瘢痕内镜甲状腺切除术的临床研究

Clinical Study on Scarless Endoscopic Thyroidectomy

目的 :探讨应用内镜外科技术开展颈部无瘢痕内镜甲状腺切除术 ( Scarlessendoscopic thyroidectomy,SET)的可行性及效果。方法 :切口选择在乳晕上缘、胸骨旁 ,钝性游离胸前和颈前皮下腔隙 ,在内镜下行甲状腺肿瘤或腺体次全切除术。结果 :1 3例全部手术成功 ,术后恢复良好 ,无声嘶、呛咳等并发症 ,颈部水肿、隆起明显改善。结论 :颈部无瘢痕内镜甲状腺切除术是可行的 ,具有明显的美容效果 ,手术应由有内镜外科经验的医师进行 。

Objective: To study the feasibility and effect of scarless endoscopic thyroidectomy by using the endoscopic technique.Methods:Incisions were made on the anterior part of the breast and mareolata,Blunt dissection of the subcataneous planes of the neck and chest were administered.Results: All 13 cases were successful performed and without complications.Conclusions: The scarless endoscopic thyroidectomy is feasible.It is a good cosmetic operation,The operation was administered by surgeon with better endoscopy.The key of operation was the good hemostasia and the clear operation field.
