Surgical Management of Sliding Esophageal Hiatal Hernia with Nissen's fundoplication

目的 :探讨滑动型食管裂孔疝的手术指征和术中要点。方法 :对我院 1 986年 8月至 2 0 0 1年 8月间 ,应用 Nissen胃底折叠术治疗滑动型食管裂孔疝 1 8例的资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :1 8例随访至术后 1年时 ,症状完全消失 1 6例 ,占 88.9% ;复发 2例 ,占 1 1 .1 %( 2 /1 8)。结论

Objective:To explore operative indication and surgical management of sliding esophageal hiatal hernia . Methods: From August 1986 to August 2001, the data of 18 cases of sliding esophageal hiatal hernia treated by Nissen's fundoplication were retrospectively reviewed . Results:18 cases were followed up for more than one year . Of the 18 cases, 16 patients were completely asymptomatic(88.9%), 2 patients were recurrent(11.1%) . Conclusion:The effect of sliding esophageal hiatal hernia treated by Nissen's fundoplication is satisfactory.
