摘要
本文阐述了用图论理论综合行星齿轮变速箱传动方案的方法,并对应用较广的二自由度二行星排和三行星排;三自由度二、三行星排可能的传动方案进行了综合.在此基础上,运用图的运算法对传动方案进行串联与并联组合,获得组合传动方案,从而揭示了著名阿里森轮系等的组成规律.此种综合方法特别适合于实现计算机辅助设计.
This paper presents the method to synthesize transmission patterns of epicyclic change speed gear boxes by the theory of graph. Possille transmission patterns are synthesized for commonly used gear boxes of two degrees of freedom and two epicyclic rows, as well as those of three degrees of freedom and three epicyclic rows. On the basis of the synthesis, parallel and series combination of transmission patterns are made by using the calculation theorem of graph and the combined transmission patterns are obtainned. Thus the combination laws of famous ALLISON gear trains are uncovered. This method is especially suitable to the computer aided design.
