Detecting multi-drug resistance of bladder cancer for the intravesical chemotherapy

摘要 目的 探讨膀胱癌的多药耐药性 (MDR)以指导灌注化疗用药。 方法 采用免疫组化法检测 4 4例膀胱癌病理标本 ,分析P 糖蛋白 (P gp)、谷胱甘肽S转移酶 (GST π)和拓扑异构酶 (TOPO Ⅱ )的表达情况。 结果  5 4 5 %的病例P gp高表达 ;6 5 9%的病例GST π无表达和低表达 ;TOPO Ⅱ ,高表达 2 9 5 % ,而低表达 6 5 9%。 结论 检测膀胱癌MDR可指导灌注化疗用药。 Objective To explore multi-drug resistance (MDR) of bladder cancer for the intravesical instillation. Methods Using immunohistochemical staining,in 44-case human bladder cancer cells, the expressions of P-glyprotein (P-gp),glutathione S-transferase (GST-π) and topoisomerase (TOPO-Ⅱ),were detected to find out the resistance to drugs. Results P-gp had a higher expression in 54.5% cases. GST-π had no or a lower expression in 65.9% cases. TOPO-Ⅱ had a higher expression in 29.5% but a lower expression in 65.9% cases. Conclusion Detecting the factors of MDR in bladder cancer cells could help to choose drugs for intravesical chemotherapy.
