肤康涂膜剂急性毒性与过敏性试验的研究

The Test of Acute Toxicity and Skin Allergy on Fukang Paints

目的 对肤康涂膜剂进行了部分动物实验研究 ,包括皮肤急性毒性试验、过敏皮肤性试验 ,以了解其安全性。 方法 将不同剂量的肤康涂膜剂用于白色豚鼠背部正常或破损去毛区皮肤 ,观察其产生急性毒性情况 ;采用致敏与激发接触肤康涂膜剂 ,观察动物过敏情况。 结果 肤康涂膜剂未产生急性毒性 ,反复致敏后使用 ,也无皮肤与全身过敏反应。 结论

OBJECTIVE The partial animal experiments on Fukang paints have been done,including tests of acute cutaneous toxicity and skin allergy reaction for understanding safety.METHODS Fukang paints was spread on the normal and damaged skins that hairs were cut off in the back of guinea pig.It was observed whether Fukang paints could induce acute toxicity.The allergy reactions of animals were watched by sensitizing and challenge contact to Fukang paints.RESULTS The results indicate that Fukang paints does not induce acute toxicity,and not cause skin and whole body allergy reaction by many times sensitization.CONCLUSION Fukang paints does not induce acute toxicity and allergy reaction.
