高效液相色谱法测定Ⅰ号烧伤膏中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Content of Baicalin in No.1 Burn Ointment By HPLC

目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定 号烧伤膏中黄芩苷的含量。 方法 以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂 ,甲醇 -水 -磷酸 ( 4 7∶ 5 3∶ 0 .2 )为流动相 ,用于黄芩苷的含量测定。结果 样品中黄芩苷的线性范围为 2 0 .6～ 10 3 .0 μg·m L- 1 ,r=0 .9999,在此范围内浓度与峰面积线性关系良好 ;黄芩苷的平均回收率为 96.0 %,RSD=2 .5 1%。 结论 该法操作简便 ,准确 。

OBJECTIVE To develop a HPLC method for determination of the content of baicalin in No.1 Burn Ointment.METHODS ODS C 18 column was used and methanol water phosphate acid(47∶53∶0 2)was used as mobile phase.RESULTS There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of baicalin and absorption area value with range of 20 0～103 0μg·mL -1 ,r=0 9999.The average recovery was 96 0% with RSD=2 51%.CONCLUSION The method is highly repeatable and accurate.
