玉屏风粗多糖的提取及药理实验

Experiment of Pharmacology and Extraction of Yupingfeng Pachy-polysaccharide

目的 观察玉屏风粗多糖对肿瘤的影响。方法 采用常规方法提取多糖 ,用改良的苯酚 -硫酸法测定其含量。结果 玉屏风粗多糖对荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长有一定的抑制作用 ,同时对动物的免疫功能有升高的趋势。 结论

OBJECTIVE Observation the effects on tumor of tumor bearing mice of Yupingfeng pachy polysaccharide.METHODS Yupingfeng pachy polysaccharide was extracted by routine method and assayed by improve phenol sulfuric acid method.RESULTS Yupingfeng pachy polysaccharide could inhibited tumor growth of mice,at the same time it can prove immunological function of mice.CONCLUSION Yupingfeng pachy polysaccharide have some effect of strengthening healthy Qi to eliminate pathogens.
