闽产黄花蒿挥发油化学成分的研究

Studies on the Chemical Consituents of Essential Oil of Artemisia Annua L.

用气相色谱质谱 -计算机联用系统对黄花蒿挥发油的化学成分进行研究 ,以 SE-5 4石英毛细管柱共分离出 3 8个峰 ,鉴定出其中的 2 7个化学成分 ,占挥发油总量的 92 .45 %。从鉴定出的化学成分可知 ,黄花蒿是优良的药用植物 。

The chemical component of the essential oil of Artemisia annua L. has been studied by means of the GC MS DS. Twenty seven constituents have been identified from thirty eight separated peaks. They make up to 92 45% of total oils. Artemisia annua L. is a good medical plant, and it is worth to exploiting.
