07Cr2AlMoRE钢用抗硫化氢腐蚀焊条研制

摘要 研究了氟化物与大理石对07Cr2AlMoRE钢用抗硫化氢腐蚀焊条焊接工艺性能的影响。结果表明:药皮中氟化物与大理石质量比为0.09~0.15时,焊条的焊接电弧稳定,焊缝金属成型与脱渣性良好,焊接飞溅小。研制焊条的焊缝金属扩散氢含量不大于3.6ml/100g,低温冲击韧度高,-40℃时平均值为108J,有良好的抗裂纹能力。在H2S应力腐蚀工况条件下,焊接接头的均匀腐蚀速率为1.58×10-2mg/(cm2·h),有良好的抗硫化氢腐蚀性能,可满足实际使用要求。 The influence of fluoride and marble on the welding technology of H_2S corrosion resistant electrode for 07Cr2MoRE steel was studied. The results show that the welding arc is steady, the appearance of weld and detachability are also good, and spatter is little when the ratio of fluoride to marble is 0.09~0.15. The content of diffusible hydrogen in weld metal of this developed electrode is lower. The values of low-temperature impact toughness is high and the average value at -40℃ is not less than 108J, indicating high crack resistance of weld metal of the developed electrode. The performance of H_2S corrosion resistance is very good and the rate of uniform corrosion is 1.58×10^(-2)mg/(cm^2·h) in the condition of H_2S stress corrosion. This is satisfied in service.
