摘要
观察了人参多糖对X射线照射小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明,人参多糖组小鼠受一定剂量X射线照射后,脾脏有核细胞数、脾脏淋巴细胞对ConA诱导的增殖反应和ConA诱导脾细胞产生白细胞介素2(IL-2)的能力在不同程度上明显高于对照组。发现在照射后第3d这种现象仍然存在。同时发现,人参多糖组小鼠脾脏NK细胞的活性也明显高于对照组。
The effect of PSG injection before X-irradiation on immunologicalfunctions was studied. The results showed that the counts of nucleated cell of thespleen, the ConA-induced proliferative reactlon of splenocytes and the IL-2 productionby sp- lenocytes in irradiated mice in PSG group were higher than those in irradiatedmice in control group at a certain dose range of X-rays. This effect still existtedin the 3 rd day after irradiation with 2.0 Gy X-rays. It was also showed that NKcell activity in PSG group was higher than that in control group. It might be relatedto the effect of antitumor of PSG.
