摘要
本文利用石蜡切片、荧光及扫描电镜技术,对紫露草雄蕊毛的发生进行了观察。通过观察表明,紫露草雄蕊毛发生于花丝表皮细胞,随着毛细胞的分裂、生长,其顶端或亚端部细胞继续分裂,直至生长发育为由20—30个单列细胞连接而成的雄蕊毛。
Paraffin section, fluorescent technique and SEM are used to observe the morphogeny of Tradescantia. The hair cell originates from epidermal ceils of the filaments. The top and the subtop ceils continue to divide until the hair developes a single chain of 20—30 cells.
